The uBlueTec project developed a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) designed to empower young people and professionals for sustainable careers in the blue economy. Led by WWF Portugal, this innovative course blends green, digital, and blue skills, with a special focus on underwater technologies as key tools to address marine environmental challenges.
The MOOC is structured into thematic modules covering:
- The climate crisis and its impact on marine ecosystems;
- Foundations of sustainability and green skills;
- Nature conservation and ecosystem services;
- Active citizenship and community engagement;
- Project design and sustainable underwater tech solutions.
